Following her $20.000.000 penthouse, Rihanna is keen to sell her older Beverly Hills residence.

The former home of Rihanna in Beverly Hills will now be owned by Tracey Jacobs, Johnny Depp’s longtime agent and a well-known in the entertainment industry.

The management reportedly put $10.300.000 into the California home, according to sources. The 1930s-era Tudor-style home is located on a hillside lot with a half-acre of grounds.

The home boasts more than 5,100 square feet of living space, four bedrooms, and five bathrooms. It seems that the deed underwent a lot of changes before Jacobs carried it out.

Some of the amenities of the home include vaulted ceilings, an eat-in kitchen with top-of-the-line equipment, a master bedroom with a spa-like shower, and many balconies. A guest apartment is located at the rear of the home, over the two-story garage.
