Denver DJ and EDM producer Nick Miller, known as Illenium, bought the modern property, according to public records.

Do you not know Illium? The remarkable 31-year-old began his music career as a bedroom producer in 2013.

At the 2017 Electronic Music Awards, he won “Remix of the Year” for “Say It.” Former drᴜg junkie and Forbes “30 Under 30” list-maker, his 2019 album “Ascend” peaked at No. 14 on the Billboard 200. He is a regular visitor to Coachella and Bonnaroo.
