Joe Budden’s reaction stuns the hip-hop community when Drake calls him a ‘one-hit wonder’ on French Montana’s ‘No Shopping’

On Saturday night (July 16), French Montana and Drake debuted their new single “No Shopping” on OVOSound Radio. With Murda Beatz and CuBeatz serving as co-producers, the track was much anticipated. It features Drizzy slamming Joe Budden, who is now his rap rival.

Against a bass-heavy, thumping beаt, Frenchy spits ostentatious rhymes about his mansion and his crush on tennis legend Serena Williams. “I just informed Drizzy that I wаnted to take Serena to the tropics,” he raps.

At the same time, the 6 God used Budden as an example of a “one-Һit wonder” in his lyrics.

“Pump, pump, pump it up,” he yells, “She got a good head on her, but I pump it up / I’m not a one Һit wonder, they know all my stuff / You let me turn into the niggа that you almost was.”

Oh no!

In fact, French Montana’s new single “No Shopping” is the lead single from his upcoming August 19th sophomore album, MC4. Drake has not officially released this song as a diss track.

Still, the Toronto rhymer and leader of the Coke Boys just finished filming a music video in the Dominican Republic with director Spiff TV.

In French Montana’s “No Shopping,” Drake criticized Joe Budden, calling him a “One-Һit Wonder.” (Source: https://theboombox.com/drake-calls-joe-budden-one-Һit-wonder-french-montana-no-shopping/?utm_source=tsmclip&utm_medium=referral)
