Travis Scott, Playboi Carti, and Chief Keef will headline 2024 Summer Smash, the Midwest’s premier hip-hop music festival

The sixth annual Lyrical Lemonade Summer Smаsh Music Festival has released its 2024 festival lineup, which will take place at SeatGeek Stadium from June 14 to June 16.

The festival’s organizers revealed the full lineup on Thursday, which includes returning performers Playboi Carti, Lil Yatchy, and Ski Mask the Slump God, as well as newcomers Travis Scott, YG Marley, and Kodak Black.

The festival will also include the return of rapper Chief Keef to a Chicago-area stage.

Berto Solorio, festival co-owner, told the Sun-Times that organizers are thrilled to celebrate the rapper’s return.

“It’s going to be a historic moment in Chicago music history when Sosa returns home to perform at Lyrical Lemonade Summer Smаsh,” Solorio said in a statement.

Scott’s Cactus Jack labelmates Sheck Wes, Don Toliver, and SoFaygo are also set to perform.Last year’s festival at SeatGeek Stadium drew over 100,000 music aficionados.

Following the 2022 annual celebration, the festival moved from Douglass Park to SeatGeek in Bridgeview, where it aims to expand further.

Festival attendees can expect more free water refill stations, as well as merchandise, food, and drinks from numerous local merchants for purchаse.

After examining fans’ suggestions on social media, organizers hope that the lineup meets their expectations.

Three-day passes for the all-ages festival will go on sale at 10 a.m. on April 26 at thesummersmash.com.

Festival passes are available in three tiers, all of which can be purchased on layaway.
