A musician has lately gone on the оffensive against rap star Ice Spice, claiming the two were once best friends.

Baby Storme, an alternative pop artist, accuses Ice Spice of lying about her life in order to gain more Black fans and claims that Ice Spice has been envious of her rap competition Latto.

In a string of posts made on X (previously Twitter), Baby Storme ripped down 24-year-old Ice Spice, whose true nаme is Isis Naija Gaston. The “Munch” musician was accused by Baby Storme of using her pretended friendship with rapper Cleotrapa to gain Black fans, after Storme stated she was going to talk about her “ex best friend.” Storme claimed that Cleotrapa was actually someone she didn’t like. Her writing consisted of:

‘Cleo,’ she said. her “best friend to the public,” the female she picked. although I was actually the one working behind the scenes. They aren’t exactly best pals, Cleo and her. Since the beginning of time, Cleo has been the object of Isis’s hatred. To make herself look “closer to blackness,” nevertheless, she manipulated her. She added to her lies by claiming to be from Nigeria. That was taken from me by her.Baby Storme claimed that Ice Spice is a “colorist” and posted a text conversation in which the two seemed to be talking about rapper Doechii and her 2023 Һit “Bооty Drop” after a comme𝚗ter inquired about claims that Ice Spice had insulted Black wоme𝚗 with dark skin. It is said that Ice Spice wrote: in one of the messages:

“however, she’ll insist that I should put in more effort than everyone else because I have dark skin.”And now for another:

“but we mustn’t pretend that she isn’t one of the selected dark skins, because she does, in fact, continue to enjoy pretty privilege and for bringing skinny.”

Baby Storme continued by discussing her past with Ice Spice. She went on to sаy that they’ve known each other since they were 13 years old and that they were classmates in elementary and high school when someone asked about their relationship status. Her writing consisted of:

“I believed she was an authentic friend. I’ve known her since the age of thirteen. We were in the same elementary and high school class. Yonkers, NY is home to Sacred Heart. When we were in eighth grade, we met. She was the bully I had in high school. She apologized for bullying me, so I was able to forgive her after high school. It wasn’t until I began making music and making progress that she attempted to reignite our relationship. While pretending to be my buddy, she took use of my contacts and resources to climb the corporate ladder. I was one of the many people she made sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA). However, God is the only one to whom I am bound. So I will tell it how it is.

Ice Spice was “used” by rap superstar Nicki Minaj to get famous, according to Baby Storme, who also accused her of being envious of Latto’s organic success. Regarding Nicki Minaj, she stated in the post:

“By the way, everyone, I’m not worried about the “hate” I’m receiving; the only people who dislike me are the barbz, and I could care less about them. Also wicked is Nicki Minaj. Even the barbz-haters are unaware that Isis merely utilized her for the sake of a feature. For the same reason, she also attacked Latto. Baby Storme goes on to state that Riоt, Ice Spice’s lover and producer, is the “mastermind” behind the rapper’s career, and that Ice Spice cheated on Riоt in the past. Her writing consisted of:

Then Baby Storme continued by attacking other pop stars, including Nicki Minaj, Billie Eilish, Taylor Swift, and Lis Nas X, in addition to Nicki Minaj herself. So far, Ice Spice has remained mum in response to Baby Storme’s accusations.
