 ZTYGA has spent his quarantine at his hillside $12.8M Bel-Air mansion, which boasts a 70-foot pool and a roomy walk-in closet for his enormous collection of sneakers.

The 13,000-square-foot home has a separate 1,200-square-foot guesthouse and hangs off the edge of the Santa Monica Mountains.

The 30-year-old rapper has been renting the house out since October for $58,000 a month, according to the LA Times.

The mansion, constructed in 2019, has windows on every side and offers views of the Los Angeles canyons.

The pad, painted a bright white and has striped window coverings, also features a number of sizable balconies with French doors that open outward.

The six-bedroom, eight-bathroom estate is grand, with most rooms having ceilings as high as 18 feet.
