According to our real estate sources, Trey will be renting this massive 13,000-square-foot mansion starting April 1st, for a whopping $35,000 per month. While Ne-Yo’s residence isn’t quite as expansive, it’s still in the same upscale neighborhood.

Trey’s new mega-house boasts an impressive 10 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms, ensuring ample space for both relaxation and entertainment. With floor-to-ceiling windows, a state-of-the-art movie theater, a fully-equipped gym, and even an elevator, this mansion offers every modern luxury imaginable.
