Tauheed Epps, as 2 Chainz, is known for having a discerning taste. The Georgia native’s Viceland TV show, “Most Expensive,” chronicled his exploration of pricey (and fascinating) objects across the country.

He discovered a $100,000 martini with vod. ka infused with diamonds, a $11,000 motorized surfboard, and gold-coated popcorn selling between $125 and $150 per gram.

The singer’s opulent residence is therefore not shoc.king. In Palmetto, Georgia, the budding real estate mogul purchased a foreclosed Mediterranean-style mansion for $517,000 ten years ago and refurbished it.

In 2016, he paid Grammy-winning rock guitarist Steve Vai over $2.5 million for opulent quarters in Beachwood Canyon, Los Angeles.

Recently, 2 Chainz paid $3.8 million for a larger property in the same neighborhood as the Vai mansion. The opulent home, which Eva Longoria purchased in 2006 for $3.6 million and sold for $436,000 twelve years later, is a blend of contemporary and Mediterranean styles.

The white stucco building has six bedrooms and nine bathrooms in nearly 9,000 square feet of light-filled living space with hardwood and tile floors, soaring ceilings, arched windows, and a stunning spiral staircase spanning all four levels.

It is located in a gated community on a nearly quarter-acre parcel with a two-car garage.

Erik Miles and Kelly Reid of Compass represented the seller, and Michael Berlin of KW Capital represented the buyer.

A foyer with a pool-viewing window is reached by a front entrance made of wrought iron and frosted glass. A living/game area with a sizable curving wet bar and more windows with pool views can be found on the entertainment level.
